If you receive something in error, or find it has been damaged in transit, please contact us at sales@sandylanenursery.co.uk within 48 hours with your name and order number, alongside a photo showing the damage. We will aim to get back to you within 3 working days to review your issue.

We ship all orders directly from our nursery in Norfolk, UK. If your items are available within the season you’re ordering in, they will be shipped immediately. We aim to ship all orders during the correct planting season. Items only available during certain time periods are indicated on the item’s product page.

All plant and tree orders can be expected within 5-7 working days from point of purchase. (3-4 working days to prepare your order for collection and 2-3 days for delivery). Seeds, bulbs, tubers, corms and sundry item orders may be processed quicker, subject to availability. We deliver to UK mainland only.

If for any reason your order is going to be delayed, we will contact you letting you know the day your order will be with you. If you have experienced a delay in delivery, please contact us on sales@sandylanenursery.co.uk with your name and order number.

If you need to return your plant/tree/item, please contact us first on sales@sandylanenursery.co.uk so we are aware of the return. After speaking with us, please return the item within 14 days, making sure it is in the condition it arrived, along with the original packaging. The plants will be inspected by our team to check they have been returned in good condition, before a refund is issued.

Please remember most of the photos used on our website are of mature plants/trees. As we grow our own plants and trees on site at our Norfolk nursery, you will be purchasing smaller versions of the images shown. 

The sizes of the trees are approximately stated on the individual product pages of our website. There may be slight variations in size from tree to tree, as nature does its best to challenge us. Please check the item description and “supplied size” information on our product pages for more information.

90% of the plants and trees we sell are grown by us on our 19 acre nursery in rural Norfolk, UK. That way we can control the quality of what’s being delivered to our customers. Our seeds, bulbs, corms and tubers come from only the best suppliers. 

While we may introduce discount codes and offers sporadically throughout the year, our preferred approach is to always provide top quality products at the best possible prices. Any live discount codes will be shown at the top of our home page and promoted via our social media channels.
